OUR STORY
It's all about what we love the most...
Having this website gives me the chance to make a difference in a small part of the gardening community by providing access to affordable customized plant labels. This is something that I thought about through the decades of working in my own garden! So, here goes. Thank you for taking the time to read my story!!
Yet, as those decades have pasted I feel the desire to stop working in the garden and start enjoying it more. Say with This is a new adventure for me as I have retired from working many years as a Perennial Sales specialist at both Behnkes Nursery in Beltsville Maryland (up until they closed) and then working at Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville Maryland.
I love the Plant World!!!! Natives!!!! Pollinators!!!! Song birds!!!! Together my husband and I had built our very own large Rain Garden using mostly native plants to save our home from flooding. (Check out my youtube videos.)
